I’m Tieasha Tashay Waddy, the proud founder of 21st Century Quality Home Care and 21st Century Quality Group Home for Seniors. My passion for home care comes from personal experience—after losing my husband to kidney failure and witnessing my mother’s battle with ALS, I realized the deep need for compassionate, quality care that goes beyond basic assistance.

With a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Southern University, an Associate Degree from the Bible Technology Institute, and a Christian Counseling Certification, my foundation in faith and service drives everything I do. I view home care as a mission to provide not just support but love, dignity, and peace of mind to seniors and individuals with chronic conditions.
